Every employee pays income tax through his employer each month, the amount they pay is specified in the pay slip, and based on annual calculation. There is a high probability that the tax deducted at source from the employee is higher than the tax due, and as a result, will be entitled to a tax return.

There are many different reasons for this:
  1. job replacement over the year.
  2. family circumstances (married a second time, a single parent, a child in an institution).
  3. donations to public institutions.
  4. deposits in provident funds and pension funds, and more.

Besides the above, and in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Ordinance, there are other cases where the employee is entitled to benefits, which reduces the tax liability. These tax benefits are granted by way of a credit or deduction in accordance with the percentages set by law and by way of the provision of credit points, where each point has a monetary value on a certain value determined by the tax authorities.

The tax department in our office has the knowledge and expertise required to test eligibility for tax return to employees for the period in respect of current and prior years, the preparation and submission to the IRS to final tax return for the client's bank account.
